Development Solutions owner Walt Dindoffer has over 27 years of combined experience in all facets of lean implementation, quality systems, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, facility and project management, start-up operations, business development, and profit and loss responsibility throughout North America.

Mr. Dindoffer has worked as quality, production, engineering, maintenance and shipping/receiving department manager in a variety of manufacturing operations. He was a plant manager of a paper mill and roofing manufacturing plant. He led continuous improvement which resulted in significant cost benefits.
